For our customers who prefer to make their wine kits at home you can learn to make wine by downloading the wine making instructions below in a pdf format.

For our Supreme Sterile Juice and Select Series Supreme Sterile Juice kits with no water added.

For our Gold Medallion, Fruit Wine and 16 Litre Premium Elite kits which require water added.

Also, you can call us to set up an appointment to clean your bottles with our bottling washer that uses a sanitizer, cleaner and heat to clean and sanitize your bottles before filling.
